Is there more alcohol in wine coolers or light beer?

I've only been drinking for about a couple years now and about 80% of the time its just a bunch of bud light. But recently I had some wine coolers and felt pretty buzzed after around 4 of them, and if i have 4 bud lights i don't feel anything. but ive always heard that wine coolers are weak. so which has more alcohol?

2. There is more alchohol in wine than beer. Wine is about 15% alchohol and beer is 8% alchohol. Vodka is 40% alchohol.

4. As I understand it wine coolers are not wine but watered down wine thus the name. Read the labels or ask you bartender or beer store clerk. Do an internet search. But I was always told that wine coolers have very little alcohol less then beer.
5. Depends on the brand. I know Bud light is specifically 4.2 percent abv and wine coolers can be between about 4 to 8 abv
