Do I need to keep wine coolers cold after they are chilled?

I know beer needs to stay cold after being chilled. Do I have to do the same with wine coolers or can they return to room temperature?

1. No problem. Let them get warm and cold 50 times over. Virtually no effect on wine coolers.
2. it would be best to keep them cold =)
