need help deciding a birthday gift for fiance age to be is 40?

Well we been together almost 3 years, He owns his own business automotive industry kind of like pimp my ride stuff. He likes history alot, He likes wine He also likes cofee alot. Doess'nt really need jewlery or clothes he has so much already. However he does not have a a neck chain. I bought him a wine set for christmas it came in a wooden box with all the accessories and i put a bottle of wine in it. Also got him a digital photo frame and put photos of me and us along with poetry I wrote. I thought about getting like the dog tag style chain or something and having it engraved. Also i thpught maybe a wine bottle opener it is made for like wine connesiurs very elegant and antique looking. Any suggestions on what I can do.

5. um well, i would go to an antique store and buy something that looks nice and would have some meaning to it. make it special and do some info on what he likes about history Egyptian,Roman...????good luck
