Is there a way to bottle wine coolers?
I just made a batch of wine coolers and I was wondering if there is a way to bottle them in some empty Jones Soda bottles so they won't need any refridgeration. Would I need to add preservatives? Would it be the same as canning fruit juice?

- As long as the yeast has not been killed. Not sure how big your batch of coolers are,but if it is 5 gallons, add a cup of sugar to it (easiest ) and then bottle the same as beer . leave for 2 weeks for the sugar in the coolers to ferment, this will produce the carbon dioxide to fizz the coolers. Optional. Add the sugar so there is about 1 teaspoon in each bottle of cooler If not you will find out what a few bottles exploding does for the mess that has to be cleaned up. Bottle is a 12 oz beer bottle but plastic pop bottles can also be used,If coolers not going to be stored to long in them, but the sugar added in this case should be added before bottling. I would make sure they are cold when opening.
