Wine Accessories Gifts

Opening a wine shop....any suggestions?

First of all I love wine, I don't think we have any wine shops where I am from just regular liquor shops. I would like to sell wine, cheese, wine Accessories, and gifts. Would this be a good idea? Or probably not with this economy? Any suggestions on how to get started would be great!
